Anna Starobinec

Anna Starobinets was born in 1978 in Moscow, studied in the Moscow State University, changed between jobs (from a waitress to interpreter) and eventually chose journalism. She worked for various Russian newspapers and magazines and now works as chief editor for «Ekspert». Her short stories were short listed for the National Bestseller Prize 2004. She’s just finished her first novel.
